1. Acceptance of Governance Protocols

These terms define the parameters under which our educational content, advisory notes, and algorithmic mediation frameworks are provided. If you do not agree to these protocols, you must cease all interaction with the platform immediately.

These terms are designed to ensure that the intellectual rigor of our research is maintained while protecting the firm from liabilities related to the deployment of third-party autonomous hardware or software.
2. Proprietary Methodology
All structured mediation flows, ethical audit templates, and technological neutrality frameworks hosted on this domain are the exclusive property of Calmwise Digital.

3. User Obligations within
Ethical Mediation Control
Integrity Protocol
Users engaging with our Mediation Protocols must provide accurate system documentations. Failure to provide truthful impact statements renders all advisory notes void. We reserve the right to terminate access if a user is found to be developing autonomous systems intended for harm or subversion of basic human safety.
System Limitations

- No guarantee of 100% risk elimination
4. Limitation of Liability
Our systematic approach to autonomous ethics prioritizes human safety, but the ultimate responsibility for system outcomes lies with the owner/operator.
Direct Damages
To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of British Columbia, Calmwise Digital shall not be liable for any direct financial loss resulting from the implementation of advisory frameworks.
Autonomous Drift
We are not responsible for "algorithmic drift" where a system’s logic evolves beyond the scope of our initial mediation protocol once deployed into live environments.
System Verification
Verification of ethical loops is a collaborative task. Final validation is at the sole discretion and legal risk of the deploying organization.
